Policy & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at nashalya65@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 7 Phillips Rd Apt 1B Saugerties NY 12477

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately If your item arrives defective, damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we will fully refund your order or ship a replacement to you immediately, OR received wrong order we will pay the return label and we will refund or send your right order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at nashalya65@gmail.com.

**Please be aware that colors may vary slightly depending on monitor & printer, inks & substrate materials. We make each item by hand so there may be slight imperfections which in our opinion gives it character.

Custom orders are tailored specifically to your requirements, ensuring a unique product that meets your exact specifications. Please note that due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not offer refunds on custom orders. Ensure that all specifications are accurate before finalizing your purchase to guarantee satisfaction with your custom creation. This policy allows us to maintain the highest quality and craftsmanship in every piece we create for you.
